What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day office operations, staff meetings, and performance management against production and quality goals.
- Coordinate order intake, title searches, and closing schedules; maintain lender, client, and provider information.
- Produce and review commitments, policies, endorsements; ensure accurate data entry and complete documentation.
- Monitor settlement functions, financial controls, and service standards; act on findings from audits.
- Maintain inventory (policy jackets, forms, promo items), accounts receivable, pending files, and required reports.
- Use appropriate rates, forms, software, and guidelines to meet production and compliance targets.
- Communicate regularly with Marketing and Operations Representatives on volume, issues, and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent training/experience).
- Proficiency with SoftPro preferred, strong computer skills required.
- Hands-on expertise in title insurance underwriting and administrative operations.
- Proven strengths in organization, communication, training/presentations, and relationship building.
- Analytical problem solver who handles conflict well, stays calm under pressure, meets deadlines, and maintains accurate files.
- Results-oriented leader committed to service excellence and compliance.
