Job Summary:Oversee training, supervising and support of Guest Services and Bell Person staff within Lodging operations in Glacier National Park hotels.
The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: mid-March through late-October 2026Pay: TBDSchedule: Typical schedule is 50 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Oversee training, supervising and support of Guest Services and Bell Person staff within Lodging operations in Glacier National Park hotels.
- Reports to the Assistant of Director of Lodging.
- May be required to live on property while coverage shifts.
- Managing guest rooms availability & room blocking.
- Resolve guest relation issues and complaints.
- Assist in Housekeeping and Laundry as needed.
- Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have the ability to teach others in a logical and professional manner.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS program and experience as a manager or supervisor in Hospitality or another environment with high volume customer focus.
- Must have excellent written /verbal communication, organized, problem solving, bookkeeping, and computer knowledge.
- Must have valid driver's license and good driver record.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
Physical Requirements include:
- Stand up to eight hours per shift.
- Lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
- Bend, kneel, stretch, and reach throughout a shift.
- Working safely with required chemicals.
- Required to drive a company vehicle; a driving record check will be completed as part of the standard pre-employment background check.
