Job Summary:
As an Housing Coordinator you will establishing strong and collaborative relationships with the HR Managers, department managers, and employees on location.
The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: April - OctoberPay: Insert $18/hrSchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Thorough, accurate, and timely processing of all administrative functions within the HR/Housing Office.
- Maintaining high standards of guest service and confidentiality when interacting with staff.
- Keeping accurate records of all employee and departmental files.
- Providing proper level of security and confidentiality around employee files and information.
- Serving as a role model for employees. The minimum expected is always maintaining a professional demeanor, the personal observation of all Xanterra policies, state, and federal laws.
- Supporting efforts of fellow staff members and contributing to team effort in whatever capacity may be needed.
- Residence Coordinator responsibilities when scheduling necessitates it.
Qualifications
- Experience with policy and procedure compliance.
- Familiarity with seasonal Human Resources and Housing operations.
- Demonstrated skills relating to training, time management, organization, leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication.
- Office organization skills.
- Leadership skills.
Physical Requirements include:
- Ability to walk moderate distances and climb stairs multiple times throughout shift for required tasks in employee dorms.
- Ability to perform general office functions.
- Able to walk on uneven terrain, including icy and snow-covered areas.
- Must be able to lift items up to 25 pounds and shovel snow
