Our client is seeking a highly qualified mid-level to senior Real Estate Associate to join their Los Angeles team. This role offers the chance to work on some of the most complex and high-value transactions in the market, with a focus on joint ventures, real estate financings, acquisitions, and dispositions. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide variety of real estate asset classes, including office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a range of complex real estate transactions, including financings (lender and/or borrower), joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Work across various real estate asset classes, such as office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and hospitality.
- Draft, review, and negotiate financing, acquisition, and joint venture agreements.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on structuring transactions and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practices and offices to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions.
Qualifications:
- Mid-level to senior associate with substantial experience in real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, and/or dispositions.
- Strong lender-side financing background welcomed.
- Outstanding academic credentials from a top law school.
- Comparable law firm experience with a demonstrated track record in complex real estate matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant bar admission in California (or eligibility to obtain promptly).
