Position Description:
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Real Estate Associate to support the performance and growth of our real estate portfolio. This is a high-impact, hybrid role with exposure to asset management, leasing, and development, offering the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time.
The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver who can pivot quickly and think like an owner. One hour you may be reviewing financials and identifying ways to improve returns, and the next coordinating leasing activity or supporting a development project.

Responsibilities:
- Work alongside ownership to monitor property performance and support overall asset strategy.
- Review financials, budgets, and reports to track performance and identify opportunities to improve returns.
- Analyze property-level expenses and assist in evaluating yield and investment performance.
- Work alongside property management teams to ensure alignment with ownership goals.
- Support leasing efforts by coordinating with prospective tenants to drive occupancy and strengthen tenant mix.
- Assist in executing value-add initiatives that enhance property performance.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of new development projects.
- Track key metrics across the portfolio and help identify ways to improve efficiency and long-term value.
- Support decision-making through research, analysis, and general business support.
- Jump in across different areas of the business as needed, including but not limited to asset management, leasing, and development.
- Participate in on site construction oversight for new developments
- Prepare communications with investors on quarterly financials and investor construction updates
- Strategize on marketing campaigns for new buildings and ongoing vacancies
- Drive community atmosphere within our existing portfolio
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate, finance, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or similar
- Strong interest in real estate investment, asset management, and development
- Comfortable working with financials, reporting, and basic analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); strong Excel skills preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and learn quickly
- Motivated, ambitious, and interested in long-term growth within real estate
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities (“jack of all trades” mindset)
- Real estate license preferred
Compensation:
$90,000-$110,000/Year DOE.
Opportunity to participate in profit sharing tied to fundraising and portfolio performance
