Our client is seeking a Private Equity associate to join the private equity Practice Group in their Boston office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a nationally recognized corporate practice and take on a meaningful role in sophisticated equity finance matters from day one. Responsibilities:
- Advise private equity sponsors and investors on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio company matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements and related ancillary documentation.
- Collaborate with partners and cross-border teams on sophisticated, high-value deals.
- Provide commercially focused legal advice tailored to client objectives.
- Support client relationship management and business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree, class years 2020–2021.
- Strong experience in private equity.
- Excellent academic credentials and superior drafting and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key components of transactions independently.
