Our client is seeking a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate to join its highly regarded Complex Commercial Litigation Group in Washington, DC. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial preparation.
- Advise clients on litigation risk, dispute strategy, and business-focused solutions to complex commercial issues.
- Collaborate closely with partners and cross-practice teams on multifaceted and high-value disputes.
- Engage in direct client contact and contribute to the development of case strategies from inception through resolution.
Qualifications:
- JD (2019–2022) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice in Washington, DC.
- Experience in complex commercial litigation.
- Strong academic credentials and exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to work directly with high-profile clients.
