A nationally recognized litigation firm with first-tier rankings across multiple practices is seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join its Washington, DC office. Key Responsibilities:

• Litigating complex commercial disputes in DC state and federal courts
• Managing all aspects of litigation, from pleadings, discovery, and motion practice through trial and appeal
• Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Collaborating with partners and colleagues on strategic case development and client communication
• Taking ownership of matters and mentoring junior team members where applicable

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial or business litigation at a law firm
• Admission to practice in DC required
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team
• Judicial clerkship experience a plus
