A leading Global Am Law 20 law firm is seeking an International Arbitration Senior Associate with approximately 5 years of international disputes experience to join its highly regarded Miami International Arbitration practice.

Associates will play a key role in managing sophisticated international disputes while working alongside market-leading practitioners on cutting-edge, high-profile cases.

Responsibilities
- Represent clients in sophisticated international arbitration and cross-border dispute matters
- Manage complex, high-value international litigation and arbitration proceedings
- Develop case strategy and advise clients on the practical and commercial aspects of international disputes
- Draft persuasive pleadings, submissions, legal memoranda, and arbitration filings
- Conduct legal research and analyse complex international legal issues
- Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions
- Communicate directly with sophisticated client management teams and international stakeholders
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues on high-profile, multinational matters
- Support all stages of arbitration proceedings from case strategy through final resolution
Qualifications
- Approximately 5 years of international arbitration or international disputes experience
- Strong understanding of the strategic and practical aspects of cross-border disputes
- Outstanding legal writing, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and sound commercial judgment
- Experience working with sophisticated multinational clients
- Ability to manage complex, high-profile matters in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding academic credentials
