What are the responsibilities and job description for the Defense Litigation Attorney position at Interlink Talent Solutions?
Our client, a national law firm with offices across the US, are looking to add to their litigation team in Los Angeles or Orange County.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or in the office.
Skills and Educational Requirements
- 1 years of litigation experience, ideally with any of general liability, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, professional liability and or NYS Labor Law.
- Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school.
- Must be admitted in New York.
- Proficiency in managing complex litigation from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing.
Base salary range : $145,000 - $210,000, commensurate with experience
