Resident Assistant (RA) | Flexible Facility Shifts

Schedule: PRN and flexible facility assignments

Looking for facility shifts that fit your schedule? Interim HealthCare Staffing is hiring Resident Assistants to support residents at local care facilities. Tell us when you’re available, and we’ll connect you with assignments that match your skills and availability.

What you’ll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and mobility
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment
• Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the appropriate care team member
• Work alongside nurses and other facility staff to provide compassionate care

What you’ll need

• Current CBRF certifications required to work in a facility
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB test showing a negative result
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and personal care
• Dependable communication and a caring approach
