Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) - $5,000 sign-on bonus for FTE

Current RN Opportunities in Eau Claire, WI:
Full-Time Hospice Registered Nurse:
- $75,000 - $90,000/base salary
- $5,000 Sign-on bonus - Full-time ONLY
- Bonus opportunities EVERY pay period
- Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel between patient visits
- Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with your patients

- Provide home-based care to patients with six months or less to live, focused on quality of life
- Perform patient assessments, check vitals, evaluate breathing, monitor pain, administer prescribed medication and treatments
- Educate family on the patient’s prognosis, changes in care plan, medication and hospice goals
- What you will bring to Interim Healthcare:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Wisconsin
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, ideally in hospice or home healthcare
- CPR certification Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
- Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion
- Commitment to working On-Call rotation
PRN Hospice Registered Nurse:
- Competitive per hour market rates with per credit model
- Flexible scheduling including days or weekends
- Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel between patient visits
- Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with your patients
- Flexible assignments, autonomy and work-life balance
- Provide home-based care to patients with six months or less to live, focused on quality of life
- Perform patient assessments, check vitals, evaluate breathing, monitor pain, administer prescribed medication and treatments
