Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant (180 ➜ 360 Progression)
Location: Edgewater, Miami
Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 base uncapped commission (1st year OTE: $75K–$80K)

Your Role
Phase 1: Candidate Delivery (180 Role)
- Source top tech talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Build relationships through qualification calls, interviews, and candidate pipeline management
- Earn $750 per placement from day one- whether it’s permanent or contract
Phase 2: Full 360 Recruitment
- Start building your own client base once you’re consistently delivering and closing
- Engage hiring managers through email, calls, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle -from client acquisition to candidate placement

- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, sports, or door-to-door is a bonus but not required
