About the Role
This role is a key resource for the Project Executive needing on-site management of all field operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct contractor meetings and enforce safety protocols for all trades professionals.
- Oversee Time & Materials (T&M) tracking.
- Provide mentorship and professional guidance to direct reports under their supervision and within the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 15 years of experience leading 100 million-dollar projects.
- OSHA 30-hr certification.
- Vertical, Ground Up Construction Experience
Required Skills
- Proven experience leading trades and other sub-contractors where applicable.
- Proficient with software technology such as scheduling tools.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's in Construction Management with 15 years of experience supporting vertical construction projects.
- Safety Trained Supervisor of Construction certification.
- Proven safety track record.
Pay range and compensation package
- $200,000- $220,000
