We are seeking a Process Operations Specialist to support the manufacturing of chemical products used across diverse industries and distributed internationally. This role involves collaborating with process, product, and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support manufacturing processes to ensure production goals are met.
- Gather and analyze production data to adjust equipment and maintain product quality and volume according to schedule.
- Accurately document operational procedures to track trends, ensure safety, and maintain environmental compliance.
- Interface with cross-functional teams to obtain real-time production information and make necessary process adjustments.
- Follow standard operating procedures and utilize environmental and process analysis tools to maintain efficiency.
Required Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant operations or manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in utilizing standard operating procedures and environmental analysis tools.
- Experience gathering data from production processes and making equipment adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Strong documentation skills to record production trends and maintain compliance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments during production.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Associate of Science degree in Chemistry, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting regulated environments such as water/wastewater, environmental, food & drug, or hazardous materials.
- Familiarity with process control systems for monitoring and analyzing production operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot, recommend, and implement corrective actions in accordance with change management standards.
