Project Manager – Commercial Construction
We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in ground-up commercial construction, managing projects ranging from $10M–$50M . This role requires strong coordination with owners, field teams, and internal operations to deliver safe, high-quality, and profitable projects. Projects include education, healthcare, government/municipal, and other commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
- Coordinate submittals, inspections, and project documentation
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout the project
- Handle billing processes and support project financials
- Lead punch list and closeout activities, including final documentation
Qualifications
- 5 years of ground-up commercial construction experience
- Experience managing projects $10M
- Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Timberline, Smartsheet, or Bluebeam
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
