- Answer incoming calls, live chat messages, or emails to address customer questions and concerns
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and returns efficiently.
- Provide detailed information on products and services.
- Review customer accounts and make necessary updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, some college education is preferred.
- 1 year of experience performing similar functions.
- Must be computer literate and knowledgeable of MS Office and Outlook/Email.
- Clear, empathetic, and effective communication is vital.
- The ability to truly listen to and understand customer needs.
- Strong skills to find and implement solutions for customer problems.
- Maintain a calm and positive demeanor, especially in difficult situations.
- Possess expert knowledge of the company's products and services.
- The ability to handle diverse customer situations and adapt to new information.
- Type 40 wpm with excellent accuracy.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
