Monday - Thursday: 7:45 A.M. - 5:15 P.M.
Friday: 7:45 A.M. - 5:45 P.M.
Saturday (Once a month): 8:45 A.M. - 12:15 P.M.
Starting Rate of Pay for the Bank Teller opening is $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities for the Bank Teller Position Include:
- Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers.
- Greets customers entering the branch, directs them to the correct staff member for assistance and provides assistance with ATM usage, coin counting machine, safety deposit boxes and other branch services.
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing a variety of paying and receiving functions including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances.
- Verifies cash totals and balances each day's transactions.
- Educate members of products and services.
- Balances ATM machines, coin counters, and cash dispensing/recycling machines in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.
- Provides superior service to customers.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Bank Teller Position Include:
- 6 months of customer service focus with experience handling transactions.
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
- Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
- Cash handling experience.
- Good Math Skills.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
- Well-organized, independent and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines.
- Ability to work a schedule that may include Saturdays.
- Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
- High level confidentiality.
- Reliable attendance.
