Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support and maintain quality standards across all stages of the process. This individual will play a key role in ensuring compliance, identifying potential risks, and recommending improvements to support overall quality performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality standards throughout all stages of the process
• Ensure compliance requirements are executed consistently and effectively
• Assess potential risks and provide recommendations for corrective or preventive actions
• Take responsibility for quality control activities related to:
• Laboratory studies
• Clinical research
• Testing
• Operations
• Raw materials
• Production
• Finished products or services
• Facilitate audits and regulatory inspections
• Coordinate and support quality training activities
• Apply professional judgement and industry knowledge to support quality-related decisions
• Work independently with minimal supervision while following established procedures and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Understanding of quality procedures, standards, and concepts within the discipline
• Ability to assess issues, make sound judgements, and provide recommendations based on practice and prior experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role
