We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, ERP Program Management to lead a global SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation and application development initiative. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing the full program lifecycle—from planning and requirements through execution and long-term sustainment.
You will drive cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams, oversee delivery execution, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires a strong leader who can manage risk, resolve complex issues, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a global SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation
- Manage program planning, execution, governance, and sustainment activities
- Drive cross-functional alignment across business units, IT, and external partners
- Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking
- Establish and monitor success metrics and KPIs to ensure program outcomes
- Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to executive leadership
- Champion best practices in SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Scrum delivery
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings
- Lead and mentor internal teams while managing third-party vendors and integrators
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation aligned with business value
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Project Management certification (preferred)
- SAP certification in at least one functional area (e.g., Order to Cash, Procurement, Finance)
- SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Solution Manager certifications (preferred)
- 10 years of experience working with SAP ERP modules across multiple versions
- 5 years of SAP program/project management experience
- Proven track record leading 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Experience with global SAP rollouts using a Global Template approach
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Scrum principles
- Experience using SAP Solution Manager for implementation and documentation
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead complex business transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops and drive actionable outcomes
- Highly adaptable, with strong learning agility
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to clearly articulate and advocate for solutions
- Willingness to travel as needed
