What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new IT staffing opportunities
- Build and grow client relationships
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Drive revenue through strategic account development
- Meet weekly KPIs and contribute to team success
- Collaborate with recruiters and teammates to deliver results
What You Need:
- Prior IT staffing sales experience (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven
- College degree preferred
