Data Analysts - (PLM Implementation)

Redmond, WA (3 days onsite / 2 days remote after onboarding)

We are seeking Data Analysts to support a large-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation initiative. This team will play a critical role in migrating product data from legacy systems into a new PLM environment, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and readiness for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration of product and engineering data from legacy systems into a new PLM platform.
• Perform data cleansing, remediation, validation, and verification activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze and correct data discrepancies across multiple systems and datasets.
• Prepare, manipulate, and load data using advanced Excel functionality and migration tools.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve data quality issues and support implementation milestones.
• Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure successful data conversion and system readiness.
• Document findings, issues, and remediation activities throughout the migration process.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Data Quality, or Data Migration role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with ERP and/or PLM systems.
• Experience with SAP and/or Windchill is highly preferred.
• Understanding of data cleansing, remediation, migration, and validation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a project-focused environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as part of the implementation.
