Bilingual Community Brand Ambassador (English/Spanish)

Intepros is in need of a talented Brand Ambassador for one of their valued clients in Miami!!
Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Do you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and promoting meaningful causes? We are seeking an energetic and community-focused Bilingual Brand Ambassador to serve as a key representative throughout the Miami and North Miami communities.
In this role, you will educate community members about the plasma donation process, donor compensation programs, donation frequency guidelines, and the life-saving impact plasma donations have on patients living with rare and serious diseases. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, creating partnerships, and driving awareness through grassroots outreach and engagement initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Identify, evaluate, and secure venues for community outreach and field marketing events targeting diverse populations, particularly mid-to-low and low-income communities.
- Educate community members about plasma donation eligibility, donor compensation programs, donation frequency, and the critical role plasma therapies play in treating rare diseases.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community leaders, nonprofit organizations, faith-based groups, schools, sports organizations, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop monthly outreach plans, including event schedules and venue recommendations.
- Conduct community engagement and field marketing activities at least four days per week.
- Support administrative planning, reporting, and coordination activities one day per week.
- Spend one day per week onsite at a designated plasma center assisting with operational and outreach initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted community resource by connecting individuals with community support services, government assistance programs, and long-term care resources when appropriate.
- Facilitate meetings with local residents and community organizations to better understand community needs and opportunities for engagement.
- Utilize marketing attribution and impact measurement tools to evaluate outreach effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities, community interactions, and event results.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and professional experience (4 years).
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting event marketing, field marketing, or community outreach initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience engaging diverse populations, including mid-to-low and low-income communities.
- Experience using marketing analytics, attribution, or ROI measurement tools to evaluate outreach success.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Haitian Creole strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating others in a sales, marketing, outreach, or community engagement environment.
- Background in healthcare, public health, nonprofit, community services, or other mission-driven organizations.
- Experience working within culturally diverse communities throughout South Florida.
