Brand Ambassador (Bilingual English/Spanish Required)

IntepPros is partnered with a global biopharmaceutical client is seeking an energetic and community-focused Brand Ambassador to support awareness and engagement initiatives throughout the Miami and North Miami communities. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively connect with diverse populations, particularly mid-to-low and low-income community segments. The Brand Ambassador will serve as a key representative of the organization, educating community members about the plasma donation process, donor compensation programs, donation frequency guidelines, and the life-saving impact plasma donations have on patients living with rare and serious diseases.

This position combines community outreach, relationship building, event marketing, and advocacy, with a strong focus on increasing donor awareness and participation through meaningful engagement and local partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure community venues for outreach and field marketing events targeting mid-to-low and low-income populations.
• Educate community members on plasma donation eligibility, donation frequency, compensation programs, and the critical role plasma therapies play in treating rare diseases.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, businesses, faith-based groups, sports organizations, and other stakeholders to facilitate outreach opportunities and event approvals.
• Develop and submit monthly outreach plans, including venue recommendations and event schedules, for management review and approval.
• Conduct field marketing and community engagement activities a minimum of four days per week, with one day reserved for administrative responsibilities such as planning, reporting, and coordination.
• Work onsite at a designated plasma center one day per week to support operational and administrative activities.
• Serve as a trusted community resource by connecting individuals with long-term care resources, government assistance programs, and community support services when appropriate.
• Schedule and facilitate outreach meetings with local residents and community groups to better understand community needs, concerns, and opportunities for engagement.
• Utilize company-provided impact measurement and marketing attribution tools to assess outreach effectiveness and optimize future engagement efforts.
• Accurately document outreach activities, community interactions, and event outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience (4 years) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting event marketing, community outreach, or field marketing initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience conducting community engagement or field marketing activities with diverse socioeconomic and age-group populations, particularly mid-to-low and low-income communities.
• Experience utilizing marketing attribution, analytics, or ROI measurement tools to evaluate outreach effectiveness.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage a broad range of community stakeholders.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Haitian Creole is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating the work of others within a cross-functional sales, marketing, or community outreach environment.
• Experience working within healthcare, public health, community services, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
