Pay rate range - $75/hr. to $80/hr.

Hybrid - 2-3 Days in Office

This is an experienced recruiter role that will be heavily focused on candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, and vetting for Client Agency Owner (Insurance Agent) roles.

Job Profile Summary

Experienced role that focuses exclusive on candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, and recommendations of candidates for Client Insurance Agency Owner positions. Agency Owners are independent contractors exclusive to Client that sell and service Client property and casualty, life, and commercial products to our customers.

Primary Accountabilities

• Conduct candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, and vetting for Client Agency Owner positions.

• Develop proactive strategies to research and identify talent pools and recruiting channels to attract candidates.

• Consult with sales division leadership throughout the recruitment process.

• Develop strong relationships with associations, academic institutions and interest groups to support a robust experienced talent pipeline.

• Represent Client at recruiting events and through other special projects as needed.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.

• Demonstrated experience and success sourcing and recruiting passive candidates for experienced and challenging to fill positions.

• Demonstrated track record working in and across teams to identify talent needs.

• Demonstrated experience relationship-building, communication, organization, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Demonstrated experience and comfort engaging with senior-level leaders across the organization and in candidate pools.

• Ability to develop extensive knowledge of clients' business strategies and objectives.
