Pay Range: $45/hr. – $60/hr. on W2

About Role
Looking for a hands-on Controls Engineer with strong PLC and industrial automation experience to design, program, and support manufacturing control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design control systems from sequences of operation
- Develop and troubleshoot PLC & HMI programs
- Create electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
- Support startup, commissioning, and production troubleshooting
- Assist with installation, training, and system improvements
- Travel to plant sites as needed
Must-Haves
- 5 years in industrial automation / controls engineering
- Strong PLC programming (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred)
- Experience with troubleshooting control systems
- Hands-on work in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of servo systems and ladder logic
Nice to Have
- AutoCAD or ePlan experience
- Exposure to plant support / commissioning roles
