Job Title: Onboarding Specialist
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite )
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range: $30/hr. – $33.00/hr. on W2

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate end‑to‑end background screening activities using the Screen system
- Guide candidates clearly through the screening process and timelines
- Manage screenings such as fingerprinting, drug tests, employment/education verification, criminal checks, and motor vehicle reviews
- Track progress, follow up with candidates and vendors, and escalate issues as needed
- Review and summarize screening results and maintain accurate, confidential records
- Update screening status and hiring details in Workday
- Partner with adjudicators, hiring managers, and HR teams to complete onboarding steps
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of HR or HR Operations experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Experience handling background checks or sensitive personal information is a plus
- Comfort working with HR systems (Workday strongly preferred)
