Onboarding Specialist
Employment Type: Contract-to-Perm
Work Location: Client site in Philadelphia, PA 19123 (Spring Garden area) via SAFREST Resources
Hourly Rate: $18–$21/hour, based on experience
Overview:
SAFREST Resources is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to support our client’s caregiver onboarding and compliance process. This role ensures all employment, credentialing, and licensing documents are collected and verified accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full onboarding process for new hires
- Collect employment forms, credentials, TB tests, and background checks
- Verify I-9 documentation and conduct reference checks
- Maintain staff compliance records and track expirations
- Enter and update data in systems such as ADP and HHAeXchange
- Communicate with applicants and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Assist with onboarding sessions and follow-up
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills
- Healthcare onboarding or credentialing experience preferred
- Experience with ADP or HHAeXchange is a plus
Work Environment:
Office setting at client site
