DFT Engineer

Job Title: DFT Engineer

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement DFT solutions for complex semiconductor designs.
• Drive DFT feature verification and validation activities.
• Support ATPG generation, analysis, and debug.
• Collaborate with design, verification, validation, and product engineering teams to resolve test-related issues.
• Participate in silicon bring-up and cross-functional debug efforts.
• Develop automation and productivity-enhancing scripts using Python and/or Perl.
• Contribute to DFx methodologies and testability improvements.
• Support product development on advanced process nodes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant DFT experience.
• Strong understanding of DFT fundamentals with hands-on implementation experience.
• Expertise in DFT feature verification.
• Experience with DFx methodologies and test validation flows.
• Hands-on experience with ATPG.
• Experience working on advanced technology nodes.
• Experience with silicon bring-up and cross-functional debug.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Perl scripting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MBIST implementation, integration, or verification.
• Familiarity with DFT automation and workflow optimization.
• Experience working in fast-paced silicon development environments.
