What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of ~12 employees on the catheter packaging line.
- Oversee daily production, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Manage schedules, workflow, and department budget.
- Drive process improvements and support operational projects.
- Lead safety initiatives and maintain compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Manage critical pathways to meet production goals and timelines.
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in Medical Device or similar regulated/cleanroom environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA and support 2nd shift as needed.
