This role involves working on automated and semi-automated production lines while following standard procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly, repair, and basic testing of medical device componentsOperate mid-to-complex automated manufacturing equipmentMake basic machine adjustments and identify issues before escalating to engineering or techniciansFollow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and maintain accurate production recordsEnsure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standardsCommunicate clearly with team members and supervisorsParticipate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiativesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentRequired Skills & QualificationsAssembly experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience working with automated or semi-automated machinesBasic mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood computer skills, including use of HMI screensStrong attention to detail and documentationAbility to work well in a team and follow instructionsHigh school diploma or equivalentPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to handle small components and partsAbility to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervisionMust follow strict dress code and safety requirements in the production area
