Drug Technician/Manufacturing technician

Role: Drug Manufacturing Technician Location: Des Plaines, IL - 60018 Duration: 6 Months Shift Timings: 6 AM to 2:30 PM Job Description: This position is Non Exempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at time and a half. Responsible for proper maintenance and operation of drug manufacturing equipment. Accurately weighing raw materials and active ingredients and combining them into a blend. Keeps the equipment and facility clean and in a state of good repair. Participates in the completion of work orders, including batch record documentation per cGMP (current good manufacturing process). Accurately follows and completes documentation with minimal errors or corrections. Completes training, including cGMP and safety training in a timely manner. Must be able to work alone or in a team and can follow procedures exactly. Entry level HSD or GED equivelant required. Note: Looking for looking for candidates with lab experience, including pipette skills, measuring, mixing, etc. Responsible for proper maintenance and operation of drug manufacturing equipment. Salary : $35 - $55
