Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Install and remove molds, tooling, and fixtures for production runs
• Assemble molded plastic components as per work instructions
• Monitor parameters like temperature, pressure, and cycle time
• Perform quality inspections and ensure product standards
• Troubleshoot minor molding issues and maintain production records
• Follow all safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in injection molding / plastics / assembly
• Basic understanding of molding processes and equipment
