Integrity Federal Services (IFS) is looking for a motivated Site / Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team in either Beachwood, OH or Martinsburg, WV. What You’ll Do
As a Civil Engineer at IFS, you’ll play a key role in planning, designing, and delivering high-quality projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing site layouts, roads, grading, stormwater systems, and utilities using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Assisting or leading land development projects as a project manager
- Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary design teams
- Preparing site evaluations, schematic designs, and construction documents
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and proposals
- Mentoring junior staff and supporting business development initiatives
- Occasional travel for site visits and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 3–5 years of professional experience in civil site design or land development
- Site/civil experience on a variety of project sites including the ability to design site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, etc. from concept through completion
- Strong skills in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Nice-to-Haves:
- EIT or FE certification
- Experience working with federal clients or large-scale public infrastructure projects
