What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Site / Civil Engineer, you’ll take on a leadership role in designing and managing complex projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management systems, roadways, utilities, and erosion control measures
• Using AutoCAD Civil 3D for site design and preparation of construction documents
• Leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects stay on track
• Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and federal clients to meet project requirements
• Conducting site evaluations and occasional travel for on-site assessments
• Preparing proposals, reports, and other project documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development and site design
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management experience, including budget and schedule oversight

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with federal clients or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and client meetings
