Shift: Third-shift schedule: Tue-Fri 12:15 AM - 6:15AM and Friday 5:45PM to 11:45PM
Location: Columbia, MO 65202
Pay Rate: $35.65/Hour on W2
Position Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, workplace safety, and timely order fulfillment while driving productivity, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee receiving, put-away, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.
Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient material movement to meet production and customer requirements.
Drive process improvements, optimize warehouse layouts, and monitor operational KPIs.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to achieve performance objectives.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Customer Service teams.
Analyze performance data, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience is acceptable.
Minimum 3 years of warehouse or distribution experience, including at least 2 years leading teams of 15 employees.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, material logistics, and order fulfillment.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or DMAIC methodologies.
Experience supporting audits, compliance, and process standardization.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
