Location:
Cartersville, GA is the specific site location. The address listed at 40 perimeter park is just the manager’s default location for corporate location. BE SURE TO RELAY CARTERSVILLE GA as the work location. Additionally, there will be no mileage nor company car to drive to and from work. This will be treated like any job in which the daily commute is not reimbursed. Thus, candidates must locate in Cartersville or are willing to accept the drive from other parts of Atlanta. - - -

Job Description:
Schneider Electric Site Safety Manager for Switch Cartersville requirements
• On Site Daily
• Meet the requirements of “Competent Person” as identified by OSHA for all aspects of Schneider Electric BMS installation including low voltage electrical subcontractors
o OSHA Competent Person: “one who is capable of identifying existing and predictable hazards in surroundings or working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous, or dangerous to employees, and who has the authorization to take prompt and corrective measures to eliminate them”
• Must have current OSHA 30-hour construction course or within the past two years
• Must have the knowledge and ability to arrange or conduct safety and health related training if/when knowledge gaps are identified
• Training and certifications in CPR/First Aid
• Must possess at least one of the following Board of Safety Professionals designations
