What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Control Operator position at Integration International Inc.?
Position Details:
Title: Master Control Operator
Duration: 6 to 12 months contract
Location: Centennial, CO (Contractors will work 8 hour shifts 5 days a week and will be assigned to one of our 3 shifts (5a-1p, 1p-9p, or 9p-5a) for the duration of their contract.
Responsibilities:
- Support current on-air operations team during the division’s major systems migration in 2026. This support would include, but not limited to, programming quality control, commercial rehearsals, event preparation, shadowing on-air programming, monitoring on-air programming, and break support for other MCO’s.
- Maintain and manipulate on-air playlists, execute program/commercial/marketing changes, and support live-event and contingency workflows using cutting-edge software like SNELL Morpheus and Amagi.
- Take ownership of commercial integration, ensuring flawless rolling of commercial breaks during both taped and live programming.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma and relevant certification or Associate's Degree in Media or Communications, or equivalent professional experience in broadcast, digital, or post production role.
- A solid understanding of television production, broadcast operations, and/or news/sports/entertainment technical production requirements.
