DM Admin (Direct Materials MMS Admin Support)
Part-Time role
- Location: Richmond VA 23230, Manufacturing Facility (Onsite)
- Duration: 12 months | Shift: A-Shift (7 AM–3 PM)
- Pay: $42/hr (All inclusive)

- MMS experience (Material Management System)

- ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) /EDI (Shipping & Receiving, Direct Material Inventory support)
- ASRS – Automated Storage and Retrieval System

Summary:
We are looking for a candidate who is knowlegeable working in MMS, Blue Yonder, and EDI/ASNs. To provide vendor and business support bridging technology gaps. Building ASNs in MMS until mid-year then Blue Yonder for the rest of the year going into 2027. Overseas vendors will require some conversion when when building ASN in MMS. The receiving team needs the ASN to receive so this candidate will be supporting this process. In some cases there will be a need to re-apply labels as some of the vendors do not have the capability or other constraits. The labels required for induction into the ASRS are specific.
MMS experience, Blue Yonder experience, ASN/EDI, Shipping and Receiving experience, Direct Material Inventory experience
Day-to-Day
Create or fix ASNs in the system
Work with vendors if their EDI/ASN data is incorrect
Support the warehouse when shipments can’t be received
Help ensure labeling meets system requirements (like for automated storage systems)
Gradually support the transition from MMS to Blue Yonder
Salary : $35 - $42
