We are looking for a YARD FOREMAN to join our DOSWELL, VA plant. As a general laborer with Rinker Materials, you will contribute to one of the nation's largest manufacturers of reinforced concrete pipe, box, bridge, and other related infrastructure products for stormwater and sanitary applications.

About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily yard operations.
- Load, unload, and move precast concrete products safely.
- Organize and maintain the yard for efficient product storage and shipping.
- Inspect products for damage before loading and shipping.
- Coordinate with production, QC, shipping, and drivers to ensure orders are ready on time.
- Operate forklifts, front end loader, and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Train and supervise yard employees on safe work practices.
- Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed.
- Maintain accurate inventory of finished products in the yard.
- Keep the yard clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
About You
We Require:
- Report equipment issues and coordinate repairs with the maintenance department.
- Assist with scheduling daily yard activities to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Management / Production/ Dispatch
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.
- Preferred – Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferred – Experience operating a forklift, especially an industrial forklift.
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently. Over 50 pounds, a forklift or crane will be used. Must be able to push or pull cart with 80 pounds of force. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders. Must be able to step up 20 inches.
