Job Title: HR Coordinator
Duration: 06 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
Location: Lincoln, NE 68512
Pay Rate: $36.00/Hour on W2
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to support daily Human Resources operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee relations, HR administration, employee engagement, recruitment support, and ensuring accurate HR processes while delivering exceptional employee service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries by leveraging the internal HR Shared Services model.
- Facilitate HR system processes and ensure data accuracy by providing local HR support and guidance.
- Lead and support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Create clear, concise, and professional HR communication materials, including flyers, text messages, emails, and other employee communications.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities for new hires.
- Lead and manage administrative processes within the HR department.
- Ensure HR documentation and records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and business objectives.
- Assist with HR projects and process improvements as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment is an advantage.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong PC and computer skills.
