Location: Lincoln, NE 68512 (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $36.00/hour (W2 | No Benefits)
Duration: 6-Month Contract with Strong Potential for Extension (Up to 1 Year)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1st Shift)
Flexibility to adjust schedule once or twice per month to support off-shift employees.

Working closely with the local HR Business Partner (HRBP) and leadership team, you'll play a key role in supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with HR and leadership to support daily HR operations.
- Serve as a resource for employee relations and HR-related questions by leveraging the company's HR Shared Services model.
- Support HR systems and ensure data accuracy through local guidance and administrative support.
- Coordinate and lead employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Create professional HR communications, including emails, flyers, and text messages.
- Assist with recruiting, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Manage and improve administrative HR processes.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them through completion.

- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
