Location: Clayton NC 27527
Duration: 8 Months assignment
Pay Rate: $21/hour on W2. No benefits

Purpose:
Perform Receptionist duties; ensures a professional and welcoming front-desk presence for the company, managing visitor access, multi-line phone systems, mail handling, and basic administrative support to facilitate efficient office operations and maintain regulatory and confidentiality standards.
Essential Functions:
• Greets visitors professionally and informs appropriate employee(s) of guest arrival and ensures guests sign out.
• Maintains access cards; create and programs access cards in accordance with policy and terminates access as required.
• Issue employee and trade partner badges, manage photos and access to the site along with deactivation
• Ensures that photos are taken for new hire access cards
• Create, update, and maintain badge layouts within badging system
• Issue parking passes for internal and external employees
• Perform other duties as assigned
• HS Diploma or equivalent
Salary : $20 - $21
