We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist for our pet hotel to join our team. This position is mainly for pm shifts 2:45-7pm 4 days a weeks plus rotating weekends. Some morning may be required. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. As the first point of contact, you will manage front desk operations efficiently, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly.
- Learning scheduling software for pet hotel.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Assist with clerical duties including data entry and record keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual (spanish/english)candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
