Special Education Teachers | Mod/Severe / ESN

InSync Consulting Services is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to support students with Extensive Support Needs in Fairfield, CA.

This is an excellent opportunity for educators who are passionate about providing individualized instruction, building meaningful student relationships, and collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs

• Provide specialized instruction based on student needs

• Track student progress and maintain required documentation

• Collaborate with families, administrators, service providers, and support staff

• Support students’ academic, behavioral, communication, and functional goals

Qualifications:

• Active California Education Specialist credential in Extensive Support Needs, Moderate/Severe Disabilities, or an equivalent credential

• Experience working with students who require extensive support preferred

• Strong communication, classroom management, and collaboration skills
