DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the face of the organization to independent agents across your territory.
Build and deepen relationships with both existing and new agency partners.
Drive profitable new business growth through consistent agency engagement.
Clearly communicate underwriting appetite, services, and value proposition.
Conduct 3–4 in-person agency visits daily (this is a highly visible, field-based role).
Support agents with sales strategy, positioning, and market insight.
Represent the organization at industry events, dinners, and networking opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years experience, ideally more, in a retail agency facing carrier marketing representative role or similar.
Relationship-driven professional who enjoys face-to-face interaction.
Self-starter with strong organization, discipline, and follow-through.
Experience in commercial lines insurance coverage (workers’ comp a plus, but not required).
Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
