ABOUT THE ROLE
We are working with a well-respected insurance organization that is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to support insurance product compliance, regulatory filings, and MGA/program business operations. This is a high-impact role with visibility across underwriting, product development, IT, and executive leadership — and future management opportunities are part of the long-term plan for this position.
This role is ideal for someone with SERFF filing experience, regulatory compliance background, or strong commercial lines underwriting/claims experience who wants to move deeper into the compliance and product side of the business.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage insurance product filings including rates, rules, and forms.
Submit filings through SERFF and respond to objections and regulator questions.
Conduct regulatory research and monitor statute and regulation changes.
Work with product development, underwriting, IT, and servicing teams on implementation of approved products.
Maintain documentation and records related to product filings and regulatory filings.
Assist with market conduct exams, data calls, and regulatory inquiries.
Support corporate compliance monitoring and regulatory change implementation.
Partner with external partners and MGA/program administrators to ensure compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
4 years of P&C regulatory compliance experience;
OR;
6 years of commercial lines underwriting or claims experience with compliance exposure.
Experience with SERFF filings strongly preferred.
Experience working with State Departments of Insurance.
Knowledge of MGA / Program business is a strong plus.
Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
Ability to communicate regulatory requirements to business teams.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
