We are seeking a Senior Cloud Systems Administrator to support enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and daily systems operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of servers, cloud services, and related technologies to ensure security, availability, and performance.

• Administer and support server environments, cloud platforms, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor system health, performance, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, application, and cloud-related issues.
• Manage and support AWS, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud services.
• Create and maintain Azure DevOps projects, repositories, pipelines, and organizational settings.
• Support IIS administration, DNS, TCP/IP, Samba/CIFS, and NTFS permissions.
• Perform server configuration, maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other IT teams in a matrixed environment.
• Recommend improvements to enhance performance, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Document processes and assist with automation of administrative tasks.
• Support infrastructure, middleware, and hosting initiatives as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure, or network environments.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• 2 years of IIS administration experience.
• 2 years of experience with TCP/IP, DNS, Samba/CIFS file sharing, and NTFS permissions.
• Strong experience supporting AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure is highly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft software administration is preferred.
• Experience with Linux administration, including Red Hat and Ubuntu, is highly desired.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience supporting middleware, API management, or IT service automation tools.
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments and infrastructure hosting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
