We're seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic client partnerships, oversee complex marketing programs, and drive business growth for a portfolio of high-profile consumer brands.

What You'll Do
Client Relationship & Business Growth
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key client stakeholders, building trusted partnerships and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, brand strategies, and evolving needs to provide proactive solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing business and contribute to account growth through strategic recommendations and innovative thinking.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews with professionalism and confidence.
- Resolve client challenges quickly and effectively while consistently exceeding service expectations.
Project & Campaign Management
- Manage the successful execution of print, point-of-sale (POS), promotional, tradeshow, and experiential marketing programs from concept through production and delivery.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Work closely with production partners and printing vendors throughout campaign delivery, including onsite press checks when applicable.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and support team members by setting clear goals, managing workloads, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Provide coaching and identify opportunities for professional development and continuous improvement.
- Inspire high performance while promoting accountability and teamwork.
Supplier & Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and production partners.
- Coordinate directly with vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
- Review creative concepts, prototypes, and physical samples to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Address supplier challenges proactively while supporting cost management and operational efficiency.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and operational metrics to ensure successful program execution.
- Prepare and deliver client-facing reports, presentations, and business reviews with strategic insights and recommendations.
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize future programs, and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years of experience working within a promotional products, print, point-of-sale (POS), marketing agency, or procurement outsourcing environment, supporting CPG or retail brands.
- 3 years of leadership or people management experience.
- Experience overseeing campaigns involving print production, POS materials, tradeshow exhibits, or experiential marketing initiatives.
- Proven success managing supplier relationships, including direct vendor communication and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to grow and retain client accounts while driving revenue and profitability.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent project management skills with exceptional organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working across client marketing teams, supply chain partners, and global stakeholders.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with print production vendors and participating in onsite press checks is a plus.
- Experience supporting clients within the tobacco industry is highly preferred.
