What You'll Be Doing
As an Account Manager, you'll oversee multiple client initiatives from kickoff through completion, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners while serving as a trusted advisor to your client portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and building long-term relationships.
- Managing marketing production projects from initial request through delivery.
- Coordinating timelines, approvals, budgets, and project milestones across multiple stakeholders.
- Working closely with vendor and production partners to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
- Monitoring project performance and providing regular updates and reporting to clients and leadership.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall program performance.
- Supporting cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Utilizing data and reporting tools to track project status and make informed business recommendations.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who combines strong organizational skills with excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications include:
- 3 years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or a related field.
- Experience working directly with clients and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
- Experience coordinating marketing, print production, promotional products, retail programs, or related initiatives is a plus but not required.
